TPD1E04U04 ESD Protection Diode EVMs

Texas Instruments TPD1E04U04 ESD Protection Diode Evaluation Modules (EVMs) are designed to help evaluate the TPD1E04U04. The TPD1E04U04 is a single-channel ESD protection diode with low dynamic resistance for HDMI 2.0 and USB 3.0 circuit protection. The TPD1E04U04EVM is designed for use with the TPD1E04U04DPY. The TPD1E04U04DPLEVM is designed for use with the TPD1E04U04DPL. These evaluation modules each contain six TPD1E04U04 devices. One TPD1E04U04 (D6) is configured with two SMA connectors (J1 and J2) for 2-port analysis with a vector network analyser. Five TPD1E04U04 devices (D1-D5) are configured with test points for striking ESD to the protection pins.
