SN74LVC541A/-Q1 Octal Buffers/Drivers

Texas Instruments SN74LVC541A/-Q1 Octal Buffers/Drivers deliver an octal buffer/driver solution designed for 2.7V to 3.6V V_CC operation. The device is excellent for driving bus lines or buffering memory address registers and features inputs and outputs on opposite sides of the package to help simplify printed circuit board layout. The TI SN74LVC541A/-Q1 supports mixed 3.3V/5V system environments by enabling inputs to be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. The device also supports partial-power-down applications via I_off circuitry, which disables the outputs to help prevent damaging current backflow during power-down.
