SN74LVC540A/-Q1 Octal Buffer/Drivers

Texas Instruments SN74LVC540A/-Q1 Octal Buffer/Drivers deliver an octal buffer/driver solution designed for 2.7V to 3.6V V_CC operation. The device features inputs and outputs on opposite sides of the package to help simplify printed circuit board layout. The TI SN74LVC540A/-Q1 supports mixed 3.3V/5V system environments by allowing inputs to be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. The device also supports partial-power-down applications using Ioff circuitry, which disables the outputs to help prevent damaging current backflow during power-down.
