SN74ACT16/SN74ACT16-Q1 Hex Inverters

Texas Instruments SN74ACT16/SN74ACT16-Q1 Hex Inverters include six independent CMOS logic inverters with TTL-compatible Schmitt trigger inputs and open-drain outputs. These inverters' inputs support slow and noisy input signals. The SN74ACT16/SN74ACT16-Q1 inverters drive 50Ω transmission lines and continuous 24mA output drive at 5V. These inverters feature fast operation with a maximum delay of 7.2ns. The SN74ACT16-Q1 inverters are automotive-qualified. These inverters are used to control indicator LEDs, drive low-voltage relay coils, and wired-OR with open-drain outputs.
