Right Angle DC Power Jacks

Switchcraft Right Angle DC Power Jacks allow right-angle mounting to the PC board and offer threaded bushings to allow the use of both standard and locking power plugs. The L versions of the power jacks have a longer bushing (0.319”) to accommodate thicker panel mount applications. These power jacks are available in 0.100” (2.5mm), 0.080” (2.0mm), and 0.050" (1.27mm) pin diameters. The Right Angle DC Power Jacks are used in applications where the customer requires a locking feature but cannot use a standard vertical PC mount jack.

DC Power Jacks & Plugs

Switchcraft DC Power Jacks and Plugs offer a wide variety of options, including straight or right-angle PC mounts, plastic or metal housings, red or black plugs, and a variety of center pin sizes. Switchcraft DC Power Jacks and Plug pins come in diameters of 0.1" (2.5mm), 0.084 (2.1mm), 0.08" (2mm), 0.05" (1.3mm), 0.04" (1mm), and 0.025" (0.65mm). High amperage models are available with up to 11A current rating (carry) with locking or non-locking and sealed or non-sealed versions.

721A 2.1mm Center Pin DC Power Jacks

Switchcraft 721A 2.1mm Center Pin DC Power Jacks provide an ideal mate for 2.1mm-style DC power plugs and offer a 30VDC resistive rating and 5A or 7.5A current rating. The Switchcraft 721A operates over 5000 insertion/withdrawal cycles minimum and within a -40°C to +65°C temperature range. This family of 2.1mm pin diameter DC power jacks includes solder, straight, and right angle contact types.
