Si82x Isolated Gate Drivers

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si82x Isolated Gate Drivers are single-channel isolated gate drivers for various power applications. These devices have single or split outputs, allowing for independent control of the output rise and fall times. These drivers can operate with a 3V to 20V input supply and a maximum gate driver supply voltage of 30V. The inputs are CMOS, which provides a robust noise margin.

Si827x 4A ISOdrivers

Silicon Labs Si827x 4A ISOdrivers are ideal driving power switches with high transient (DV/DT) immunity. The Si827x are used for a variety of power supply, inverter and motor control applications. These switches use proprietary silicon isolation technology with industry-leading noise immunity, high speed, low latency, skew and reliability.
