MP45DT02 MEMS Audio Sensor Microphone - INACTIVE

STMicroelectronics MP45DT02 is a compact, low-power, top-port, omnidirectional, digital MEMS microphone designed with a sensing element and an IC interface with stereo capability. The digital MEMS microphone offers an acoustic overload point of 120dBSPL with a market leading 61dB signal-to-noise ratio, and -26dB sensitivity. Available in a metal or plastic SMD-compliant HLGA package, MP45DT02 is guaranteed to operate over an extended temperature range from -30°C to +85°C. MP45DT02's digital output and package size (1.25mm thick) make it an ideal solution for laptop and portable computing applications.
