These isolated modules offer multiple input ranges depending on the selected variant and temperature range. Each part features two fully regulated outputs that can be user-programmed as asymmetric positive and negative values or as a single positive or negative value to meet requirements for various gate drive voltages. Additional features include various protections, such as input undervoltage and overvoltage lockout, overtemperature, output overload, undervoltage, and overvoltage. RECOM Power SMD Isolated Power Modules are suitable for building and home automation, datacom, energy, automation, and infrastructure.

ROF-78K-0.5 Non-isolated Switching Regulators

RECOM Power ROF-78K-0.5 Non-isolated Switching Regulators offer a wide 4.5VDC to 36VDC input voltage range, high-efficiency, and a low-profile pin-less SMD package. These regulators deliver seven standard output voltages including, 3.3V, 5V, 6.5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, or 24V with 500mA continuous output current rating. The ROF-78K-0.5 switching regulators operate over a temperature range from -40°C to 95°C with no minimum load requirement and provide excellent performance even at low loads. Additional features include ON/OFF control for efficient power management, low ripple and noise, and protection functions including continuous short-circuit protection and overcurrent protection with automatic recovery. Typical applications include building home automation, infrastructure, test and measurement, industrial and automation, and energy.
