BC869-Q Power Transistors

Nexperia BC869-Q Power Transistors are a 20V, 2A PNP medium-power transistor in a SOT89 (SC-62) and flat lead plastic package. These transistors are Surface-Mounted Devices (SMD) designed for applications like linear voltage regulators, high-side switches, and MOSFET drivers. The BC869-Q transistors feature an exposed heatsink for excellent thermal and electrical conductivity and high power dissipation capability. These transistors are qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive applications. The BC869-Q transistors are ideal for linear voltage regulators, high-side switches, battery-driven devices, power management, MOSFET drivers, and amplifiers.
