GQM High-Frequency Ceramic Capacitors

Murata Electronics GQM High-Frequency Ceramic Capacitors feature improved low power consumption for mobile telecommunications and come with copper electrodes. These copper electrodes offer ultra-low ESR, high Q in the GHz frequencies, and high RF current handling capability. Murata GQM capacitors are available in EIA sizes 0603, 0805, and 1111 with a capacitance range of 0.1pF to 510pF. These capacitors are ideal for high-performance and high-power RF designs requiring voltages up to 500VDC. The devices are typically used in applications with high frequencies from 500MHz to 10GHz, such as base stations for cellular, broadcast satellites, cable TV, and telecommunication networks.
