AVR DD MCUs

Microchip Technology AVR DD MCUs use the AVR® CPU with hardware multiplier running at clock speeds of up to 24MHz. The AVR DD includes 16/32/64KB of Flash, 2/4/8KB of SRAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM. The microcontrollers are available in 14-, 20-, 28-, and 32-pin packages. The family uses Microchip Technology's flexible and low-power architecture, including Event System, intelligent analogue features, and advanced digital peripherals.

AVR32DD & AVR16DD 8-Bit Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology AVR32DD and AVR16DD 8-Bit Microcontrollers are based on the AVR® CPU with a hardware multiplier running at clock speeds up to 24MHz across the full supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V.
