25CSM01 1Mbit SPI Serial EEPROMs

Microchip Technology 25CSM01 1Mbit SPI Serial EEPROMs deliver 1Mbit of nonvolatile memory utilizing a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible bus. The devices are organized as 131,072 bytes x 8 and support byte or sequential reads, byte or page writes, and a 256-byte page size for reliable memory storage in embedded systems. The 25CSM01 EEPROMs include a nonvolatile security register with a factory-programmed, globally unique 128-bit serial number and an additional 256-byte user-programmable ID page. The 25CSM01 also integrates built-in Error Correction Code logic, undervoltage lockout detection, JEDEC^® SPI Manufacturer Read ID support, and enhanced software write protection with user-definable partitions.
