Fast Recovery Diodes (FRED)

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Fast Recovery Diodes (FRED) provide ultra-short reverse recovery time, low switching losses, and low reverse leakage. These FRED Diodes are available with voltage ranges from 200V to 1200V, with 5A, 8A, 10A, 15A, or 60A average rectified forward current. These MCC devices are offered in TO-220AB, TO-220AC, TO-220F, ITO-220AB, TO-247AD, and D2PAK package types for design flexibility.
