SST-10-IRD Dual Junction Infrared LEDs

Luminus Devices SST-10-IRD Dual Junction Infrared LEDs feature built-in ESD protection and low thermal resistance. These LEDs are suitable for all SMT assembly methods. The SST-10-IRD dual junction LEDs operate at up to 1.5A CW and 5A pulse. These LEDs offer 6W power dissipation, 5V reverse voltage, and 5.3°C/W thermal resistance. The SST-10-IRD dual junction LEDs function at a junction temperature of 115°C. These LEDs are ideal for use in iris and face recognition, number plate scanning, automotive sensing, machine vision, and night vision.
