DST Series Schottky Barrier Rectifiers

Littelfuse DST Series Schottky Barrier Rectifiers provide high temperature, low leakage, and lower VF to meet the general requirements of commercial and industry applications. These rectifiers have fast switching speeds and a high junction temperature capability.
