KYOCERA AVX MnO2 Tantalum Automotive Capacitors are capable of meeting automotive industry specifications for high-temperature capacitors up to +250°C while also meeting requirements for high reliability. KYOCERA AVX's broad range of automotive capable capacitors also meet various demands of operating temperature, process voltage, and reliability for use in different automotive applications from cabin entertainment, through airbags and ABS, to applications directly on the engine.

THJ High-Temperature Tantalum Chip Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX THJ High-Temperature Tantalum Chip Capacitors include 175°C capacitors that operate continuously at a rated voltage of 0.5V within a CV range of 0.1-220µF / 6.3-50V. The 175°C capacitors are reliable for high-temperature automotive and industrial applications. The 200°C capacitors operate at a rated voltage of 0.33V for 1000hrs of continuous operation with a leakage current after that of less than 1mA. KYOCERA AVX 200°C capacitors feature gold-plated termination for hybrid assemblies and are ideal for oil drilling, aerospace, and automotive applications.
