AUS1 Automotive Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifiers

Comchip Technology AUS1 Automotive Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifiers come in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package. The AUS1J-HF, AUS1K-HF, and AUS1M-HF models support maximum peak repetitive reverse voltages of 600V, 800V, and 1000V, respectively. Each rectifier delivers up to 1A of average forward output current and operates within a junction and storage temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Comchip AUS1 devices meet AEC-Q101 qualification standards and pass rigorous stress tests to ensure high reliability for automotive applications.
