XAL40xx High-Temperature Inductors

Coilcraft XAL40xx High-Temperature Inductors include the XAL4020, XAL4040, and XAL4040 series of high-performance molded power inductors. These devices are mechanically rugged and magnetically shielded for use in high-density power converter circuits. The series features high current ratings and is ideally suited for high switching frequencies with low AC losses. Coilcraft XAL40xx High-Temperature Inductors minimize audible buzzing through a composite construction. The inductors are AEC-Q200 Grade 1 compliant (-40°C to +125°C) with a +165°C maximum part temperature. A sample kit is available.

Power Magnetics

Coilcraft is a global supplier of power magnetics, including power inductors, current sensors, and planar transformers designed for the highest efficiency performance. The wirewound inductors feature a ferrite or powdered iron core and come in a wide range of shapes and sizes. The Texas Instruments TPS63070 is a high-efficiency, low-quiescent current buck-boost converter. The Coilcraft inductors provide the ability to minimize the impact of ambient temperature changes on key parameters. Coilcraft provides the right inductors in order to maximize the benefits of the TI converter solution.
