Chemi-Con HXE Conductive Polymer Hybrid Capacitors are AEC-Q200 compliant and offer a 16VDC to 63VDC voltage range and a wide temperature range of -55°C to +135°C. These capacitors feature a capacitance tolerance of ±20%, endurance of 2000h to 4000h under ripple current at +135°C, and high reliability. Chemi-Con HXE Capacitors are suitable for high temperature and high reliability applications, such as automotive and base station equipment.

Polymer Aluminum Solid Capacitors

Chemi-Con Conductive Polymer Aluminum Solid Capacitors offer high reliability and superior low-temperature characteristics by using polymer materials as an electrolyte. These capacitors from also feature large capacitance and excellent bias characteristics, an advantage over multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs). Chemi-Con Conductive Polymer Aluminum Solid Capacitors deliver stable characteristics independent of temperature, extremely low ESR, low ESL, and high ripple current capability.
