These convection-cooled power supplies are designed using GaN power technology and provide a high power density of 17.20W/in3 and high efficiency of up to 92%. Bel Power Solutions HDP65 and MDP65 AC-DC Power Supplies offer output power up to 65W, RoHS compliance, and Nemko and UL safety approvals. The HDP65 series meets IEC 62368 safety standards and is ideal for industrial applications. The MDP65 series meets IEC 60601 safety standards and 2 x MOPP, making it ideal for medical applications, including body floating (BF).

VOF-260B Internal AC-DC Power Supplies

CUI Inc VOF-260B Internal AC-DC Power Supplies offer an 85VAC to 264VAC universal input range, <0.2W input power consumption, and efficiency up to 93.5%. These power supplies feature multiple protections, including continuous short circuit and over-temperature. The VOF-260V power supplies have an operating altitude of 5000m, a 12V fan output, and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +80°C with derating. CUI Inc VOF-260B Internal AC-DC Power Supplies are available in chassis-mount, baseplate, and covered options and are suitable for space-constrained applications in industrial, telecom, and IT equipment markets.
