HMC8191 & HMC8193 I/Q Mixers

Analog Devices Inc. HMC8191 and HMC8193 I/Q Mixers have a frequency range of 2.5GHz to 26.5GHz and are housed in surface mount packages for use with standard surface mount processes. This allows for a more cost-efficient solution versus chip and wire assembly processes or a hybrid of chip and wire. The HMC8191 from Analog Devices achieves greater than 20dBc of image rejection. Achieving greater than 20dBc of image rejection will reduce need for filter of the image, thus reducing over system complexity and cost.
